Analysis of pollen composition and connection with sensitization of residents of Tashkent city
Annotatsiya
For aerobic monitoring, dust collectors were installed on the territory of the city of Tashkent in 2 geographically remote areas (taking into account the wind rose). Starting in March, the amount of pollen increases even more. In April, the amount of pollen decreases sharply, the values do not exceed 120 pollen grains for Mirzo Ulugbek district and 45 for Olmazor district. When analyzing the level of sensitization of patients suffering from acute allergic reactions in the spring period, it was found that in 30.25% of cases, sensitization to cypress allergens (Cup a1 and Cup s) was detected. Sensitivity to allergens of the Cupressus arizonica species (Cupressus arizonica, Cup a1 allergen) prevailed among the detected sensitization to cypress - only 117, of which 47 were women (39.8%). Sensitivity to both representatives was detected in 12 patients, of which 25% were women (3 patients), and sensitization only to Cupressus sempervirens (evergreen Cypress, Cup s allergen) was detected in only 2 patients. It should be noted that, given the high content of poplar pollen in the air, among the examined patients, there was no true sensitization to the pollen molecules of this plant. On the other hand, despite the low content (compared to cypress trees) of pollen in the air, birch and beech have a high allergosensitization to the molecules of these plants among residents of the city of Tashkent with a diagnosed Allergy – 20% and 17%, respectively. The data obtained should be taken into account when planning activities for the improvement and greening of cities, including Tashkent.
