The article considers systems of nonlinear reaction-diffusion models described by parabolic equations. It is shown that the models of the biological population consist in the limited nature and spatial localization of the outbreak. In the studied model, the corresponding approximations of self-similar solutions are found. The introduction of power nonlinearity in the processes of a biological population, as it turned out, in some cases leads to the same spatial dynamics as the coefficient of power nonlinearity in migration members.
