In the present article, algorithms for calculating limits in water resources management in irrigation systems were carried out and the problems of water resources management of the Basin Irrigation Systems Administration which were studied is characterized by the fact that it is necessary to solve the problems of collecting and processing information about the control object from large territories and to manage its links, which are located at large distances from each other.
