The introduction of an integrated electronic portfolio provides for the formation of an effective management system in higher educational institutions, self-assessment of the level of independent development of professional and personal qualities of management and teaching staff, improvement of the professional and managerial competence of personnel, based on statistical and variable programs aimed at the need for the development of professional and managerial competence of personnel, thus it becomes possible to define differentiated forms of professional development.
