The power supply systems today are the theme of many arguments and researches. The bad ecological condition of many developed countries makes researchers seek solutions in renewable natural or alternate resources for power supply. Methods to provide mobile and safe energy with low cost do still not exist. How to transport the power factory to far place fast and safe it is a challenge. The fastest way is aircraft, but how long aircraft can stay in the sky without re-fueling? The needs for aeronautic technologies are high as the flights and making scientific and engineering world also to seek solutions in the energy supply sphere. Solving the problems of powering during the flight and provide the excess of power to other needs, is the key goal of modern integrated ecological systems. This article is devoted to obtaining electricity by establishing lighter-than-air aircraft systems that maintain their coordinates for a long flight time in the stratosphere. The flexible solar panels built into the fuselage of the aircraft are the main elements of obtaining electrical energy.
