AbstractThis article reveals the notion of “Industry 4.0”, which reflects the concept of the fourth industrial revolution, what relevant professions will appear in the future in connection with this, what skills are needed to acquire these professions, the importance of developing reader competence, and also the issue of the phenomenon of “clip thinking”. It is concluded that it is advisable to formulate ideas about the professions of the future starting from preschool age and emphasize the need to improve the system of training future personnel and improve their skills.
