In the paper problems related to the fulfillment of infinite smallness condition and the validity of the Central Limit Theorems are considered for a sequence of series of independent random variables. In this case, instead of traditional condition of the Lindeberg type, the numerical characteristic introduced by I.A. Ibrahimov and L.V. Osipov is used.
