AbstractThis article highlights the psychological and pedagogical aspects of student learning and discusses the tools required in the process from the student and the teacher. Understanding of the events that take place in the pedagogical process. One of the problems of secondary specialized educational institutions is the low quality of general education of the first year, the lack of the formation of general educational skills, skills of organizing independent work, mental activity, insufficient development of the communicative culture.
