MANIPULATION OF THE WORLDVIEW OF YOUNG PEOPLE: CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES

The article argues that by the end of XX - the beginning of XXI centuries, young people become the object of spiritual and ideological influence, the most important point in the ongoing struggle for the human spirit and consciousness. Negative changes in outlook under the influence of manipulative techniques, including lack of interest in traditional social knowledge, inclination towards western social ideals, weak beliefs, attachment to other beliefs, unrealistic attitudes, disregard for national values, lack of respect for national standards of behaviour, based on the emergence of a category of young people with a negative attitude towards others. There are also suggestions and recommendations on how to protect the worldview of young people from these negative consequences.
