AbstractThe article discusses the improvement of the methodology for calculating the level of congestion of vehicles per vehicle. To assess the significance of the influence of operating conditions on the technical readiness of vehicles, the method of expert assessments was used; the methods of mathematical statistics were used in processing the answers of experts and assessing the errors of improved methods for monitoring operational factors.
