AbstractThe article draws attention to the fact that in the system of continuing education the syntactic structure of speech, the principles of coherence and consistency are violated in the teaching of parts of speech. Thought about the consequences and as a solution to the problem, the need for a decisive transition to a single - point syntax at all stages of the system of continuing education has been put forward, and its advantages have been demonstrated.
