Today, one of the global challenges is the problem of refugees. Due to the events of the Arab spring, as well as civil wars in some countries of the Middle East, the world has the largest number of refugees since the Second World War.This article is devoted to the study of the problem of refugees in Libya. The article analyzes the existing migration problems and the current state of migration policy in the country.
