Annotatsiya

In this article the structure, working principle and malfunctions of mechanism of the overstitching needle of the sewing machine are described. A new improved design of needle mechanism is recommended for removal of defects and load. Dynamic analysis of the new design of the proposed injection mechanism. The article provides a constructive and kinematic scheme of the needlework machine EX3216-42R / 233 with improved sewing machine. Based on the theoretical and experimental research, a sewing machine has created a mechanism for combining energy with an elastic element. The excess dynamic stresses in the mechanism of the salt are collected through elastic elements and the accumulated energy is returned to the engine during its operation.
