AbstractThis article discusses Responsibility for the education of youth and exemplary programs in the development of Uzbekistan. Human rights education is defined as education, training and information aimed at fostering a universal culture of human rights. Comprehensive human rights education provides not only knowledge about human rights and the mechanisms for their protection, but also the skills necessary to promote, protect and fulfill human rights in everyday life. Education for democratic citizenship aims to implement educational practices and activities designed to help young people and adults take an active part in the life of a society based on the principles of democracy, as well as to exercise their rights and responsibilities in society. Raising a spirit of mutual respect and understanding emphasizes the importance of self-esteem, respect for others and improving relationships between people of different cultural backgrounds.
