Factors and Conditions for the Development of Information Services in the Conditions of Transition to the Digital Economy

The article examines international rankings and indices for the digital economy and its individual segments. The meaning of each index and including sub-indices is described. The use of each indicator of the development of the digital economy in international rankings is analyzed, the current state of the rating assessment of the level of digital development directly in Uzbekistan is studied.
