Annotation. The article deals with the linguistic and cultural features of bakery technology terms in English, Russian, Uzbek languages. The relevance of the cultural features of terminology for teaching linguistics is grounded. Particular attention is paid to the content of culture, usage of metaphor and metonymies and linguistic peculiarities of bread making technology terms in three languages.
