This article determines that the formation and development of terms in the field of applied arts is a mixture of national and international features, through which information about cultural values, customs, national traditions of peoples can be obtained. This is due to the fact that national culture is based on traditions, customs as important values that are passed down from generation to generation. In this regard, the nomination of terms also has its own national-cultural features.
