Role of computer educational technologies in providing harmonization in theory and practice (on the example of the subject “resistance of materials”)

AbstractThe article describes an innovative method for the simultaneous calculation of the strength and stiffness of rods and shafts by the method of initial parameters. Universal formulas for tension, compression and torsion of the beams are derived, as well as the effectiveness in education of using the MathCAD program in the calculation and design of structural elements is substantiated.
