SOCIAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR RESOLVING INTERETHNIC CONFLICTS

The article explores and analyzes the ways of resolving interethnic conflicts. The main\npurpose of this article is to form an idea of the main tools for preventing interethnic conflicts, which\nis an urgent problem discussed in modern multinational states. Despite the different theoretical\napproaches in the study of technologies and models of large-scale resolution of interethnic conflicts,\ntheir integration into the system of society and subsequent adaptation is required. The author,\nconsidering modern techniques, methods, models for resolving interethnic conflicts, considers it a\npriority to create and maintain a «psychological model of compliment» between peoples, preventing\nits occurrence in any form and at any stage of the development of negative interethnic forms of\ninteraction. Modern methods of resolving interethnic conflicts are also considered. The main task,\naccording to the author, is to create and maintain a model of psychological complementarity between\npeople, as well as to prevent negative interethnic interaction in any form and at any stage of the\ndevelopment of relations.\n
