         Abstract - This article focuses on the development of a local program through the development of the consumer services market and the elimination of services and problems inherent in the general characteristics of the regional market. Proposals and recommendations have been developed for determining the volume of consumer services consumed by the population, their diversity and quality, which determine the standard of living and comfort of the population.
