Improving the mechanisms of public control in order to enhance the development of civil society in Uzbekistan

Abstract. Recently, a special attention has been paid to the democratization of society, the strengthening of liberalization in all aspects of life, ensuring public control in the activities of public authorities in law enforcement. In our country, state power is limited by the Constitution and laws, and the state, its bodies and officials are under the control of the public, for the state is a “servant” of civil society and must be held accountable for the people. Particularly, the principles of communication with the people, the principles of serving the public play an important role in enhancing the process of liberalization in all aspects of life, ensuring public control in the activities of public authorities in law enforcement.
