Annotatsiya

Abstract. In the process of studies to identify the microbial diversity of soils in contaminated areas located in zones of varying degrees of distance from the Bozsu aeration station in Tashkent, an active strain of actinomycete was obtained, which forms various soluble pigments (SP) on different nutrient media. On Czapek’s medium, the culture forms SP, which strains the medium-dark blue. Based on the study of morphological-cultural and physiological- biochemical characteristics, as well as analysis of Maldi of, this strain was assigned to the Actinomycetales family of the genus Amycolatopsis (Nocardia). It was shown that the extract from the biomass and culture fluid of this strain showed antibacterial activity against test cultures. Phytochemical analysis of the composition of the components present in the ethyl acetate extract of the culture liquid showed the presence of tannins and terpenoids in it.
