ISSUES OF USING THE IPO MECHANISM IN THE INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES

<strong>Abstract: </strong>This article explores and analyzes the need for an IPO mechanism to improve the financial performance of joint stock companies. The IPO is being studied, that is, the content of a public offering of shares, its importance and stages of implementation, as well as its advantages and disadvantages in attracting investment to joint stock companies operating in our country. Analyzed the IPO of large companies in world and domestic practice. The article identifies problems in this area and develops the author's proposals and recommendations on them.
