ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE LEGAL CULTURE OF WOMEN IN THE STRATEGY OF THE NEW UZBEKISTAN

The article discusses the issues of improving the legal culture of women in the strategy of the new Uzbekistan. The author pays attention to the ongoing legal reforms in the country in the field of human rights and freedoms, which should ensure the rule of law in all spheres of state and society, create conditions for the effective protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, eliminate arbitrariness and legal nihilism from the life of society.Therefore, human rights and freedoms and the level of legal culture are interdependent, as well as the increase in sexual culture among women, since they do not appear by themselves. Huge joint efforts are needed the state, society and individuals for the promotion and development of legal culture and human rights. The theoretical and legal foundations of increasing the rights and social activity of women have also been studied. In addition to strengthening, which determines the state of changes in women's lives in recent years, the author attaches special importance to the organization of agitation and propaganda work among the population in this direction and issues of ensuring its effectiveness. In particular, the role of measures aimed at strengthening the family, improving family relations, in interaction was analyzed. The role of NGOs in public administration and increasing the social activity of women in society is also shown.\n\n
