The article presents the results of clinical and genetic observation of the course of alopecia in 120 sick children. Age-related features of the course of alopecia and diagnostic criteria for establishing this diagnosis, as well as a modern approach to the treatment of this disease, are described. It was investigated the clinical forms and genetic features of the disease in children and, based on the data obtained, to develop new methods of treatment approach. We observed 120 patients of TA, Uzbek nationality, born in panmixa, who were observed and treated in the dermatology Department of the TashPMI clinic. After receiving the results of a General clinical examination and establishing the main and concomitant diagnoses, children with FA were recommended comprehensive General and local treatment.
