RESULTS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS AND SAFETY OF THE MEDICINE ROMETIN IN ADULTS WITH ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS

Abstract. The purpose of the study was to learn the clinical efficacy and tolerance of the drug Rometin Tablets 0.1 g of production Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry in comparison with traditional therapy, including the drug Ergoferon Tablet. The study was comparative, open, randomized, controlled, with two parallel groups. The selection of patients was made from patients who applied to a family clinic. In the group that received the studied drug was 30 patients receiving a drug comparison - 30 people. The studies carried out with the use of Rometin tablets 0.1 g show that the drug has sufficient clinical activity, efficacy, good tolerance and can be recommended for registration and medical use in the Republic of Uzbekistan as an antiviral drug.
