The significance of the influence of panmixia and inbreeding conditions on the formation of atopic dermatitis in children

Abstract. Based on the conducted studies, the hereditary predisposition of atopic dermatitis in children, the pathways of disease transmission, the influence of panmixia and inbreeding conditions on the course of the disease were evaluated. The polygenic nature of hereditary susceptibility, the inbreeding coefficient in assessing the course of atopic dermatitis in children, as well as hereditary susceptibility in conditions of inbreeding and the proportion of homozygotes were established.
