This article discusses improving the efficiency of catering services in the digital economy. As a result of the reforms being carried out in the new Uzbekistan, openness, the development of international economic and political relations have opened a wide way for the modernization, technical and technological re-equipment of industrial sectors. At the same time, artificial intelligence and cognitive intellectual systems are developing rapidly around the world. As a result, in the near future, some professions will lose their relevance and eventually disappear. Whichever restaurant, cafe, or bar we go to today, almost 90 percent of these places use programs for cafes, bars, and restaurants. In our opinion, all this will not only increase the efficiency of catering services but also affect its quality.
