The new-technological stage determines the priority over the results of activities, taking into account social, environmental, economic, aesthetic and other factors and influences. Therefore, everyone should take a comprehensive approach to the choice of methods of evaluation and activity of results from the mass of alternative options on the basis of scientific knowledge.</em>
