DEPRIVATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS AS A MEASURE OF RESPONSIBILITY

This article examines the grounds, the procedure of deprivation of parental rights as a measure of responsibility. One of the main objectives of the article is to study the rights and duties of parents to protect the rights and interests of children, to analyze the protection of parental rights, and to examine the deprivation of parental rights as a measure of responsibility. Argues important aspects of deprivation of parental rights, including the appropriateness of the court issuing a warning when considering an action for termination. The author offers suggestions for improving the current family legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, aimed at deprivation.
