Ways to intensify the heat exchange process during heating of liquid carbohydrates
Annotatsiya
Abstract The article presents the results of the study of the heat exchange process during non-heating of hydrocarbons. Heat transfer between heat carriers occurs mainly through thermal conductivity, convection. The intensity of heat transfer decreases when gases are formed in the composition of the heated liquid hydrocarbon. As the temperature of the heated hydrocarbon mixture increases, the gas formation in the apparatus, their partial increases, respectively. The value of the heat transfer coefficient characterizes the intensity of heat exchange between the wall and its surrounding working environment – by steam or liquid. The results of determining the main physicochemical and thermo-physical parameters of hydrocarbon heat carriers in liquid and vapor states are presented.
