Measures to stimulate the development of electric transport as a tool for the development of the territory

Sustainable development of the territory depends on the development of projects related to the organization of transport, namely the production and use of electric transport. Considering social, environmental factors, electric transport is an important tool to ensure environmental safety of the territory. The main purpose of this study is to summarize the positive experience of foreign countries, the systematization of state support measures, as well as identifying the main trends in the development of electric transport. The article presents a generalization of planned and mandatory indicators for the development of electric transport in the country. These mandatory indicators are aimed at achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions from transport. Systematic methods to promote electric vehicles in the EU, including through reducing the cost of paying transport tax, financial support for electric vehicle industry, public procurement of electric vehicles, providing free parking spaces for electric vehicles, providing free charging at public stations, access to restricted areas or city centers for cars with low pollution, support for training measures to promote the use of electric vehicles, road toll exemptions or discounts Systematized measures to stimulate the development of electric vehicles in the European Union, which allowed to propose a generalized world policy structured in four categories - legislation, objectives, plans and proposals.
