Abstract The article is devoted to the system analysis of evaporation of solutions. The existing evaporation apparatus has been studied by dividing into quasi-apparatuses: the heating chamber, the wall of the boiling pipes of the heat-transmitting evaporation apparatus, the vapor-liquid space - the inner part of the boiling pipes of the evaporation apparatus. Studies of the evaporation object have a stable character with a change in the concentration of the outgoing solution.
