WAYS OF ORGANIZING AND DEVELOPING RESEARCH AND INNOVATION CENTERS IN UNIVERSITIES

The article proposes innovative ways of creating research laboratories (centers) for the development of scientific and innovative research in higher education institutions. The study also explains the basic criteria and conditions for selecting relevant research and innovation topics, the sources of funding to create research laboratories, the mechanisms of gradual employment of qualified scientific personnel in the laboratory and the use of a credit-module system.
