The Time Optimal Control Problem for System with Delay Under Conditions of Inaccuracy of Information about the Parameter of External Influence

The paper considers a linear control system with a delay in the conditions of inaccuracy of information about the parameter of external influence. The optimal control problem is studied in the sense of the transfers of the trajectory to a mobile terminal set in minimal time. Necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality are obtained. For the case of a terminal set of the form of a half-space, an algorithm is proposed that shows the stages of solving the problem based on the use of the results obtained.
