On the Issues of Using Kaizen Technology in Improving the Mechanism of Personnel Management at Light Industry Enterprises

This article discusses the use of kaizen technology in order to improve the mechanism of personnel management at light industry enterprises. As part of the study, questions on the effective use of kaizen technology were studied. The author studied the implementation of kaizen technology, taking into account the specifics of the industry under study. In the course of the study, an analysis was carried out and recommendations were given for effective personnel management in terms of taking into account foreign experience.
