Women's representation literary and social field

Abstract: This article examines the portrayal of women in some european tales and stories but in social sphere too. Its main aim is to describe, through a sociolinguistic approach, the social representations of women in oral literature and to identify the underlying attitudes expressed by the female characters and the roles they fill.
