CHANGE OF THE FORMAT OF RUSSIAN-SPEAKING MEDIA OF UZBEKISTAN

This article refers to changes in the format of the Russian-language media in Uzbekistan. “Speech is one of the types of human communicative activity, the use of language means to communicate with other members of the linguistic community. Speech is understood as the "speaking process" (speech activity, speech act), and its result, speech works, recorded by memory or writing "[1]. Speech in television is personified and is in direct relationship from the one who generates and expounds, and those to whom it is addressed.
