Annotatsiya

The article investigates the problem of the formation of pedagogical culture and pedagogical competence which are so necessary in the modern methodics of teaching foreign languages. The main components of pedagogical culture as well as the factors which influence on its formation have been revealed. The author analyzes the components of teacher’s pedagogical activity: analytical, prognostic, constructive and reflexive-analytical as well as defines main directions of pedagogical activity of a teacher of philological institution in the frames of pedagogical culture and speech etiquette.
