The paper discusses the synthesis of vinyl compounds of cyanuric acid, which is carried out by catalytic vinylation based on acetylene due to active hydrogen atoms in acid, with DMF and DMSO solvents under atmospheric pressure; synthesis of mono, di and tri-vinyl esters with the participation of catalysts LiOH, NaOH, KOH. reaction mechanisms of the synthesized acid with the formation of vinyl compounds, the ratio of catalyst masses to temperature, acetylene feed rates, the nature of the starting materials, their structure and the number of radicals in the molecule, and the influence of their location in the chain.
