STUDYING THE SENSITIVITY OF ORAL MICROBES TO DRUGS IN IN VITRO CONDITIONS
Annotatsiya
Objective: to determine the sensitivity of oral microbes in endodontic treatment both in the oral fluid and root canals. Methods: The study determined the sensitivity of microbes living in the oral cavity to sodium hypochlorite in various concentrations (0.5 -3.0 - 5.0%) and the drug furasol were carried out in vitro! Results: all strains of staphylococci and streptococci were found to be the most sensitive microbes: Streptococcus epidermidis 38.0 ±0.4, Streptococcus salivarius 33.0 ±0.4, Streptococcus mutans 31.0 ±0.4, Staphilococcus aureus 27.0 ± 0.3. A positive result was also noted in Candida albicans 27.0 ± 0.3. However, among all the microbes tested, only the culture of lactobacilli was found to be resistant. Conclusions. When studying the sensitivity of oral microbes to the drug under IN VITRO conditions, Furasol showed the most pronounced antibacterial activity against most anaerobic and aerobic microbes.
