OPTIMIZATION OF THE SELECTION OF CHILDREN IN COMPLEXLY COORDINATING TYPES OF ATHLETICS

Abstract: The article deals with the scientific and methodological support of optimization of the children selection in complexly coordinating types of athletics. The development of an experimental training program for young athletics based on multi-event training, with an emphasis on the development of speed and coordination abilities, is substantiated. There is a clear contradiction between the increasing requirements for motor activity in complex coordination types of athletics and the degree of development of the methodology for identifying and implementing a predisposition to this activity. The purpose of the study is to determine the criteria for preliminary selection and develop a technology for a comprehensive assessment of the prospects of young athletes.
