Abstract: One of the priorities of state policy is the creation of an effective healthcare system that will ensure the protection and strengthening of the health of the population in the country and the formation of the necessary conditions for raising a healthy generation. As part of large-scale reforms in the field of medicine, comprehensive measures are being taken to gradually modernize domestic medical education, introduce international educational standards and advanced information and communication technologies in this area, and conduct research on topical health issues. This scientific article deals with the healthy nutrition of military athletes and the requirements for macro-and microelements in it analyzes the available materials on the healthy nutrition of athletes and provides important hygienic recommendations for organizing a healthy diet to increase physical activity of military athletes. The scientific significance of the results of the study lies in the prevention of fatigue caused by the high and intense physical exertion of military athletes involved in military sports, the selection of energy-replacing foods, the preparation of the daily diet of athletes from local products, and the restoration of the body military athletes in a short time, individual diets were developed aimed at improving health and developed physiological norms, as well as complex measures, were developed to optimize the daily diet.
