AbstractThe article is devoted to the history of the formation of optics as a subject and its aspects of development as well as national research on the phenomena of the properties of light. Optics is the study of the propagation, absorption, scattering of light, its application in technology and practice, and the role of light in human vision. Historically, many scientists have worked on this. First of all, Plato (429–347 BC) put forward the idea that “a special” fluid “comes out of the body and meets the soft fluid that comes out of our eyes, and if the two fluids are similar, our eyes can see.”
