Abstract - The article discusses the social and economic role of home-based work in the organization and development of family business in the current situation, the fact that home-based work is not a new field, its evolution in our country, the conditions of home-based work in Uzbekistan and the organizational and legal framework. , the advantage of home-based activities for women, young people, the disabled and the unemployed to be able to work at home even for the disabled, and suggestions and recommendations for its development were developed.
