Abstract: The authors studied the epidemiological and molecular genetic characteristics of the bacterium in 279 patients with H. pylori-associated stomach diseases. The study is based on the results of endoscopic, molecular genetic research methods and statistical data. According to the study, the origin of various stomach diseases is closely related to the presence of the a gene. CagA in H. pylori.
