Abstract The diagram of thread guide with composite rollers in a sewing machine is given in the article. Based on solving the problem of oscillations of the outer bush of the compound roller of the thread guide, the dependence of changes in the amplitude of deformation values of cushioning bush has been obtained. Values of stiffness coefficient of cushioning bush of compound roller have been substantiated.
