This article considers the methodology of SWOT analysis of the use of digital marketing technologies in commercial banks. The subject of research is the theoretical and practical basis of SWOT analysis in the application of digital marketing technologies in commercial banks of our republic. The purpose of the article is to analyze the positive and negative consequences of using digital marketing technologies in commercial banks. Important aspects of the development of banking activity are revealed using the research conducted on the creation of SWOT analysis technologies in commercial banks.
