THE SITUATION OF TURKISTAN AND SOLUTION SUGGESTIONS IN THE LETTERS OF TURKISTAN STUDENTS STUDYING IN OTTOMAN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

It deals with the history of Turkestan education of the youth of Turkestan in the early 20th century with the initiative of Cedid intellectuals and science lovers. In this period, the intellectuals sent many young people from Turkistan to this country to receive special education in high and secondary schools in various educational institutions in some cities of the Ottoman Empire. Some young people went to study on their own. While studying in Istanbul, they established their own society. The society has undertaken important duties in the develop-ment of the education system in Turkestan and in the organization of the life of young people abroad. Some young people created their works in this country during the education process and these works spread all over Turkestan. The article also analyzes two letters written from Istanbul, with special emphasis on school and the press, which were deemed necessary for their time.
