FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF FOREIGNERS AND FOREIGN COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONS IN RUSSIA (SECOND HALF OF THE 19th - BEGINNING OF THE 20th CENTURY)

The main stages and directions of the formation of a system of legal regulation of the economic activity of foreign nationals and foreign commercial organizations on the territory of the Russian Empire in the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries are considered at the given article. In the period under study, a lot of legislative and regulatory acts were adopted, a detailed consideration of which allows us to analyze the historical evolution of Russia's policy on the implementation of foreign economic relations with foreign countries.
